Our shipping conditions

Shipping is carried out within Germany and to Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (except Faroe Islands, Greenland), Estonia, Finland (except Åland Islands), France (except overseas territories and departments), Greece (except Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (except Livigno and Campione d’Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (except overseas territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus (except North).

We ship all orders with our partner DHL. Possible delays and customs processing time are not included in the stated delivery time.

Please check the specified delivery address before placing the order. We are not responsible for deliveries sent to the wrong address.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs may vary depending on the product and the destination country. Please check your shipping costs by going to the cart (the current shipping costs within DE are always displayed). Delivery costs to foreign countries differ from these costs and will be communicated to you individually before the order becomes payable.

Shipping is free for you in Germany for orders over €75.

For orders over €150, we deliver free of charge within the specified EU countries and in  Switzerland.

Delivery of download products

For download products (digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier), such as our vouchers, no shipping costs are incurred.

Download products are sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 5-14 working days (in the case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction) – deliveries abroad may differ and will be communicated to you individually. Please note that we are a small team and every order is lovingly packed by hand for you. We do not have large stocks and the Barnerys are mainly manufactured to order.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time of your order.
