Your satisfaction is very important to us and we want you to be happy with your new Barnery. There is a solution for every matter, what is important to us is honesty and fair and good cooperation. You can reach us by email and via Instagram. However, we do not have a 24-hour customer service yet, but we will always get back to you within a reasonable time frame of 2-3 working days.

Something arrived damaged

If a product or the package arrives damaged and you have a complaint, please first send an email to hallo@barnery.de so that we can clarify the case. Please provide us with the name the order was placed under and the order number, and briefly describe your problem so that we can help you as soon as possible.

Please include a note with the following information in the package:

  • Order number
  • Name
  • Reason for the return

Processing may take up to 7 business days. Returns without any indication cannot be processed.

As a customer, you bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.

It is therefore recommended to choose a shipping method with a tracking number in order to track the return. We are not responsible for lost packages.
